Home is a word that is known to animals as well as humans. Because home belongs to everyone, everyone leaves the house in the morning and runs towards their home in the evening. A home is a place where we want to live relax and comfortably. There are many things we should keep in mind while buying/renting a house. If the do not take care of while renting the house or buying, then we have to face a lot of difficulties.
6 Ways To Consider Before Buy/Rent A house
1. Research The Brokerage & Landlord –
Before buying or renting property, it is most important to get a good brokerage, in today’s time many such property cases are seen in court. There are a lot of fraudulent brokerages in India who get the property purchased from the wrong side. Selling government land, litigation on land, selling fake property by making paper, then we should choose a good brokerage while buying property.
2. Determine Your budget –
When we rent a house, we should look at the property keeping our budget in mind. Many times it happens that we like a property which does not sit in our budget, yet we see it and our mind wants to buy that property, in this condition we take loan from our relative or loan from the bank. Many times our budget is not made and we are not able to buy, then we feel very sad.
3. Ask the Landlord for Pet –
In today’s modern times, everyone has a pet. Some have small and some have big. Our elders do not like to have pets. There are many places in India where the landlord does not allow pets. Dogs and cats are not allowed as pets but we should make it clear before renting the house.
4. Check For Additional Cost –
Sometimes we like the property, that too is in our budget, but then we are not able to buy the property due to the extra cost. There are many such places in the city. Where the rent is low, but adding to its additional cost, the house rent becomes very high. There are various types of additional costs like lift maintenance charges, security charges, society maintenance, cleaning charges and clubhouse maintenance charges, so we should clarify this with the landlord and property broker before buying a property.
5. Check The Location –
While buying a property, we should not forget to pay attention to the most important thing is the location. The location should be such where we can live comfortably and there is not much noise. No violence, transport facility, bank, park, school, college, shop for grocery. Such things which we need in daily lifestyle. Sometimes we get the property at low rate but there are no facilities on it, we have to go 5 kilometers away for market and other facilities. Services, water and night travel facilities must be there. 2 BHK flat on rent in Delhi is easily available in any location.
6. Evaluate the Flat & Neighborhood –
When we shortlist the property to live in. We should also check the neighborhood of the flat once because if we ignore it then we will not be able to stay at that flat for long. The neighborhood should always be such that we should be with us in our joys and sorrows because they are closest to our home, they can help us first in case of any trouble. We should not live with a combative neighbourhood. We should not buy houses even near gangsters.
