When we rent a house, we should look at the property keeping our budget in mind. Many times it happens that we like a property which does not sit in our budget, yet we see it and our mind wants to buy that property, in this condition we take loan from our relative or loan from the bank. Many times our budget is not made and we are not able to buy, then we feel very sad.

No violence, transport facility, bank, park, school, college, shop for grocery. Such things which we need in daily lifestyle. Sometimes we get the property at low rate but there are no facilities on it, we have to go 5 kilometers away for market and other facilities.
